TalentBridge One Outlines Global Launch of WorkVue Talent Management Software Led by Michael Byrnside

TalentBridge One, the SaaS technology company that develops and powers WorkVue, the Global Talent Management Platform (GTMP), today outlined its plans for the global launch of WorkVue, led by Michael Byrnside, Executive Vice President, Workforce Innovations.

As staffing and workforce management become increasingly complex, organizations are looking for technology that connects hiring, workforce operations, and talent management without adding more systems to manage. Meeting these evolving needs requires a combination of deep staffing expertise and practical technology innovation.

Byrnside leads TalentBridge One's technology strategy, with a focus on WorkVue and Caroline 2.0.

His work is part of TalentBridge One's ongoing investment in workforce technology. As employers look for talent management software that covers more of the hiring process in one place, Byrnside brings experience from both sides of the industry: running staffing programs and building the platforms that support them.

Deep Experience Across Staffing and Workforce Technology

Byrnside brings 17 years of staffing industry experience, specializing in total talent management, recruiting, and strategic contingent workforce planning. Throughout his career, he has successfully negotiated and secured major enterprise agreements across the staffing and workforce management sector. He has also played a key role in the commercialization of workforce management technology, helping guide products from early-stage development through go-to-market strategy, market launch, and customer adoption.

His operations and sales background also shapes how he judges talent acquisition solutions: by whether they make hiring easier for the people who use them every day.

Where TalentBridge One's Technology Stands Today

"Michael is leading our technology work at the point where it moves from development to delivery," said Thomas C. Ioele, CEO of TalentBridge.

"We built WorkVue and Caroline 2.0 to give clients talent management software that reflects how staffing actually works. Michael has spent his career closing the gap between what clients need and what platforms deliver.

"Over the next year, I expect his team to bring WorkVue to clients globally, expand Caroline 2.0's role in our recruiting operations, and show clear improvement in how quickly and accurately our clients fill roles."

WorkVue: One Platform for the Full Talent Lifecycle

Under Byrnside's leadership, TalentBridge One will position WorkVue as its Global Talent Management Platform (GTMP). The platform connects the six stages of the talent lifecycle in one system:

Source, Verify, Evaluate, Hire, Manage, and Pay.

Many employers still run these stages through separate tools, spreadsheets, and providers. Each handoff adds time and makes it harder to track cost, compliance, and quality of hire. WorkVue brings these steps together, so hiring managers, HR teams, and program leads can work from the same data.

For companies managing contractors and full-time staff across several countries, this kind of talent management software reduces duplicate effort and gives leaders a clearer view of their workforce.

Because WorkVue keeps a full record of each worker's assignments and performance, it also gives employers the information that talent development software depends on, such as planning redeployment and internal moves.

Caroline 2.0: AI That Supports Recruiters

Caroline 2.0 sits alongside WorkVue as part of TalentBridge's broader approach to talent acquisition solutions.

The AI assistant handles early-stage screening tasks such as initial candidate outreach, scheduling, and qualification questions, so recruiters spend less time on administrative work and more time with qualified candidates.

Byrnside sees Caroline 2.0 as a tool that supports recruiters rather than replaces them. Candidates get faster responses and a more consistent experience, while recruiters keep control of the decisions that call for human judgment, such as assessing fit, reading context in a candidate's background, and making final recommendations.

What's Next

Byrnside believes the next phase of staffing will reward companies that pair industry knowledge with practical technology, and that employers will look for partners who understand the realities of contingent staffing and global talent management. TalentBridge One's investment in WorkVue and Caroline 2.0 reflects that direction.

The company will continue to build its talent management software and talent development software capabilities around what clients and recruiters need day to day, so employers can hire, manage, and pay talent with less friction in every market they operate in.
